● General
The annual output value of our factory is 16 million US dollars and we are specialized in producing door handles, mortise lock bodies, door lock cylinders, rim locks, and smart locks.
We employ over 500 employees in our factory, responsible for various positions, including engineers, technicians, managers and production staff. Each of them is responsible for a specific task or position in our factory.
Our factory is in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. We are the biggest door lock manufacturer in our area and our products are sold to over 30 countries. We do have a strong team to support your production and we have very high-quality standards.
We have begun to heavily research the smart lock market and are considering a full-scale launch in the next 12 months. We see the trend of smart locks and are researching how quickly this market will grow and if it will fit into our long term strategic plans.
If your product doesn’t require customization, it will not charge any cost.
Just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx, UPS, or TNT. If you don’t have an account, we will choose the best courier for you, it needs to charge the Express fee properly.

Owing to the high precision and stability, our custom equipment is used in interior door lock production. We can produce 12 million interior door lock sets per year.
All with polishing without any dots & spots on it.
The screw hole should be complete, and there should be no angle deviation after the screw is installed. The hole distance deviation of the handle should be + 1mm.

Yes, we can print the logo of your items.
Yes, we welcome orders of custom designs or sizes. You can also make special requests such as the size, shape, and pattern of your unique design.
We can provide a variety of finishing options, including polishing, painting, electroplating, anodizing, and PVD.
Yes, you can always choose to do custom packaging, or choose one of our designs if you don’t have any preference. We can also customize your package based on your requirements.
● Service
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. For large quantity orders, it is 15-35 days due to quality control, packaging, and transport time.
1、If a custom design is required, there are two steps to go through:
1)Custom Design–Making custom mold/logo/package first.
2)Samples–Making samples for your check.
2、Confirm Order- Confirming orders after samples are confirmed.
3、Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
4、Production Plan–we will set up the production based on our production plan.
5、Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.
6、Shipping–we will ship the goods to a port of your choice for you.
7、Confirm your company documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
8、After-sales service.
If you receive a product that is damaged or broken in some way, please contact us so that we can discuss the matter with you. In cases where replacements or refunds are necessary, we will contact you to discuss your options.

a. Samples can be shipped within 3-7 working days, and we can accommodate rush orders as well.
b. 15-20 working days door to door by air for stocks, with guaranteed delivery in 7 business days or less.
c. Mass production will take 15-35 working days, but we’ll try our best to get it done faster. As soon as you place an order, our plant will begin production (with the exception of weekends).
We are a professional supplier of the door handle and lock products. All of our door locks are made according to different finish requirements and Raw material prices are volatile. We have no price list, so please send us your inquiries about the price.
We provide our customers with a one-stop shop for custom products. Design, packing, and accessories are all included in the station solutions packages that we offer. We also offer a full-service FBA option if needed.

Payment less than 5,000 USD: 100% payment to start production; Payment more than 5,000 USD: 30% initial payment to start production, the rest upon shipping.
