Chairman

As a Chairman, James is helping to manage mepull’s door handle and lock business. serving as a chief operating officer during 2012 and playing a leading role in the growth of mepull’s door lock business in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Today, He is in charge of creating new opportunities for smart locks, he’s creating a great product that will set the bar for the future of smart home security and building up a supply chain to better serve our clients.

Jason joined mepull as CEO in 2016, bringing over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. He has helped MePull build a forecasting algorithm that predicts changes in furniture hardware needs and can help the company improve inventory management. In addition, he has studied how to enhance customer service delivery with real-time messaging through e-commerce platforms.
We are here to serve the needs of global brands and help them bring their products to market. We do this through our unique approach to product design and manufacturing.

Claire joined mepull in 2020, bringing with her over a decade of experience as a senior executive for several consumer products and hotel companies. In her position as General Manager, Claire oversees all operations, working to increase efficiency and revenue by developing new business opportunities and promoting the company’s brand while maintaining high standards of customer support.
As an industry veteran, Claire has driven collaboration, alignment and strategic thinking to bring value-based services to their customers and leads the team to create sustainable revenue. With her eye for detail and ability to analyze trends, Claire’s focus on service and determination to always exceed expectations creates a customer experience that is second-to-none.
