#1 Raw Materials For Making Door Handle and Locks

#2 Die Casting Process for Makings
Once the raw materials have been gathered and prepared, they are placed in a die casting machine. In the melting chamber of the die casting machine, the raw materials will liquefaction to become molten metal.
The machine draws out a precise amount of the dissolved materials from the tank, which is then poured into the mold for die-casting. When the materials have cooled, it solidifies and becomes a final shape.
#3 Remove Burrs
There will be some burrs on the surface of the new die-cast, but this is normal. A rough edge or ridge that is left on a piece of metal after casting is called a burr and is quite common in many die-casts. but in order to ensure the product is as smooth and comfortable as possible, We use a fully automated deburring machine to smooth the surface of each board.
#4 Polishing
Polishing is the process of smoothing a rough surface and leveling the rough, uneven, or dull appearance of an object. To achieve bright, spot-free metal surfaces, methods is used polishing, which can be done by hand or with the aid of a mechanical buffing wheel and high-speed polisher. Polishing compounds are applied to a surface, and then the area is polished with a rotating polishing wheel.
The process of polishing brass is not simple, as the metal itself is soft and can be marked easily. It is therefore important to use a specific type of grit to smooth impurities out. An airflow buff is used for this purpose.
